Hi, I'm Manasi!

I help students and recent graduates feel and perform better.

Students are under more pressure than ever before and we need to equip them with the tools to thrive as they transition to a new phase of life.

I spent two years in finance before realising that something wasn't quite right and I didn't know what to do about it.

So I figured it out - and now I help others do the same. Read my full story here.

How I work

Interactive workshops or talks that give students the tools to manage pressure, sustain their energy, and build habits that actually stick - in school and beyond. Practical and built around real life, not just theory.

Each workshop is tailored to the age group, whether that's building healthy habits early, navigating exam pressure for the first time, or preparing for the transition to university.

Topics include:

  • Managing exam pressure
  • Building mental resilience
  • How food affects your energy levels, focus, and performance
  • Simple nutrition for busy students
  • Building routines that stick
  • Managing time, sleep, and recovery
  • Transitioning to university
  • Talks with parents on how to best support their child

Three Pillar Approach

This is the method that I developed as I learned more about health and wellbeing. It's what I wish I had when I was a student.

Mind

How to manage pressure, build resilience and develop self awareness that serves students beyond school.

Body

Practical nutrition and movement education that improves focus, mood and recovery.

Execution

Habit formation and consistency skills that translate directly to academic performance and self development.

A lot of times students know some of what to do, but they don't know how to do it consistently.

Why Me?

I know exactly what it feels to be in your students' shoes - I was there not too long ago.

Looking back, I wish I had a better framework to support me. Students need actionable advice, not just 'think positive' or 'move regularly'.

Through my studies and lived experiences, I've come up with science-backed tools to support students to perform their best under the pressures that they face.

My qualifications:

  • PN1 certified Nutrition Coach, focussed in behaviour change science
  • VTCT qualified Pilates Instructor
  • BSc Economics and Mathematics, University of Bath

Testimonials

Manasi’s ‘add, not subtract’ approach made coaching feel personal and easy. By working around my preferences, she helped me build consistency without restriction.
Manasi’s nutrition coaching improved my understanding of the kind of nutrition my body needed and helped me inculcate a better relationship with food. As an individual who didn’t have a lot of knowledge on where to start I would absolutely recommend her.
Manasi gave me the tools to build healthy habits that didn’t feel restrictive and were sustainable.
